great stay with attentive staff but needed better room amenities

The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Kumba at the reception who went above and beyond to make my birthday special. The seafood pasta at the hotel's restaurant was outstanding, so good that we ordered it multiple times.

The pool is gorgeous with views from the raised bar at sunset , it’s like a scene from a movie. The breakfast spread was heavenly , I mean it had everything you could want for a good start to the day.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the breathtaking infinity pool and the exceptional art displayed throughout the hotel. The jazz band at sunset created a fantastic atmosphere for relaxation. However, the service during peak dining hours needs improvement, and better air conditioning would make rooms more comfortable.

This place suits me perfectly with its friendly staff, free wi-fi, and a relaxing poolside snack bar. I still remember how they helped me with a phone charger on my first stay. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff helped with a late checkout. Superior Room Balcony Sea View was nice with a great ocean view from the balcony. Good shower with high water pressure and the bed mattress was comfy. The restaurant had amazing pizza that I loved! I also enjoyed the vibe around the pool area.

However, service was a low-hanging fruit that needed some picking. The rooms were superficially cleaned, and fixing broken things like the safe or bathroom door was a challenge.
